Terms

Payment options: Credit card through Paypal (4% fee applied) or deposit in US bank account or Honduran bank account.

Security deposit: Payable in cash upon check-in or before with credit card through Paypal.

Check-in and check-out is always agreed upon in written before arrival.

All units are NON SMOKING and pets are not permitted under any conditions.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

A deposit of $100 must be paid to confirm this reservation paid with credit card.

Upon confirmation of the reservation by deposit, we will issue a statement setting forth the total rental amount, deposit credited, and total balance due. Reservation deposit is fully refundable up until 60 days prior to arrival date.

FINAL PAYMENT

Final and total payment on this invoice must be paid no later than 30 days prior to commencement of the rental period.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

The damage deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.


a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash bags and trashcan, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
d. No linens are lost or damaged.
e. Loss of keys results in a $50.00 penalty charge.

CANCELLATIONS

A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent and reservation deposit.
